Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy to support business objectives and growth plans.Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple business units to ensure high performance and compliance.Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and key clients.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.Support the development and implementation of ERP and financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.Represent the group in financial negotiations, contract reviews, and investor relations activities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or Master’s in Finance is preferred).Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.Minimum 10–15 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software. Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Alexandria resident only
