Administrative SupportManage CFO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and track action items.Handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).Financial & Reporting SupportAssist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.Support budget tracking and basic financial data consolidation.Coordinate with finance team for reports, reconciliations, and updates.Follow up on financial deadlines and deliverables.Communication & CoordinationAct as a liaison between CFO and internal/external stakeholders.Coordinate meetings with auditors, banks, and senior management.Ensure proper communication flow across finance and other departments.Presentation & DocumentationPrepare high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) for board meetings and reviews.Draft professional reports, memos, and business correspondence.Handle confidential documents with discretion.Follow-up & ExecutionTrack key initiatives, action plans, and projects under CFO supervision.Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across departments.Support in monitoring KPIs and performance updates. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.Presentation preparation skills (very important).
