This is a strategic role focused on channel management and directing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS growth. You will design and execute partner strategies, build scalable programs, and ensure our solutions reach new markets through high‑performing channel partners.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive SaaS revenue. Recruit, onboard, and enable partners with training, tools, and resources.Direct channel programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize partner success.Champion innovation in channel operations using CRM, analytics, and automation.Must-Have Skills & Experience 8–10 years in channel sales/partner management, with at least 2 years in a director or managerial role. Proven success in scaling SaaS solutions through channel ecosystems. Expertise in channel management and directing.
