Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Chef De Partie, based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing kitchen sections, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring food is cooked to standard and with precision. Tasks include managing and training junior staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, monitoring food storage, and collaborating with the head chef on menu planning. The role requires managing time efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining consistency and quality. QualificationsStrong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentationAbility to manage a team, provide training, and oversee kitchen operationsThorough understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety regulationsAttention to detail and efficiency in meeting high standards of qualityCreativity and flexibility to contribute to menu developmentExcellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in a similar role; prior work in fine dining or high-end food establishments is preferredFormal training or certification in culinary arts is an advantage but not mandatory
