Chemical Production & Formulation EngineerLocation: Alexandria, Egypt (Alexandria Residents Only)Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Production & Formulation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and possess hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, production processes, and formulation development. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, developing and optimizing chemical formulations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and monitor chemical formulations and production processes.Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.Evaluate raw materials and ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.Conduct trials and experiments to improve product performance, consistency, and cost efficiency.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with Quality Control and R&D teams to maintain product quality and support new product development.Monitor production parameters and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Prepare technical reports, production documentation, and formulation records.Train and support production staff on process requirements and best practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in chemical production, manufacturing, and formulation development.Proven experience in handling chemical mixing, blending, and formulation processes.Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing operations, process control, and quality systems.Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Fluency in Arabic and English.Must be a resident of Alexandria, Egypt.Preferred ExperienceExperience in specialty chemicals, plastics, coatings, detergents, adhesives, construction chemicals, or industrial chemical products.Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.Experience in scaling formulations from laboratory to full-scale production.Employment TypeFull-TimeLocation RequirementApplicants must currently reside in Alexandria, Egypt.
