Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience, with proven hands‑on experience in both Saudi Arabia (KSA) and EgyptStrong practical experience applying IFRS in multi‑entity environmentsSolid experience in KSA VAT (registration, filing, reconciliation, audits)Solid experience in Egyptian VAT & Tax regulations (VAT, WHT, payroll tax)Managing month‑end and year‑end closings across multiple jurisdictionsExperience dealing with KSA & Egypt statutory auditors and tax authoritiesHandling intercompany transactions between KSA and Egypt entitiesStrong exposure to cash flow management, banking, and reconciliations in both marketsExperience working with ERP / accounting systems used in regional operationsAbility to support management with cross‑country financial reporting and analysis
