Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to the Top management and board. Partner in the implementation of accounting and ERP systems (Odoo) Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws. Manage internal and external financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Oversee cash flow, investments, capital structure, and funding strategies. Lead risk management efforts including financial, operational, and strategic risks. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Supervise finance and accounting teams, driving process improvements and talent development. Support strategic initiatives and corporate development with data-driven analysis and financial modeling. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications a plus. Minimum of 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with Proven experience in ERP system (Odoo). Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in [Digital agencies, Media etc.] is preferred.
