We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and growth strategy across GCC markets.Key Responsibilities : • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.• Financial Budget, Cost controlling • Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and investments.• Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and reporting.• Support executive management with strategic decisions.• Develop financial controls and risk management systems.• Lead finance teams and improve operational efficiency.• Support expansion plans within GCC markets.Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance / accounting. MBA, CPA, ACCA preferred.• 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.• Strong GCC & market experience.• Experience in retail / FMCG / perfume industry preferred.• Advanced knowledge of SAP B1 ERP, Odoo systems.• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.• Fluent in Arabic and English.
