Lead and manage the company’s legal function, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee all litigation matters, coordinating with external law firms and monitoring case strategies. Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and senior management. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and corporate contracts. Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate legal risks that may impact the company’s operations and reputation. Oversee corporate governance matters, including board documentation and legal reporting. Manage relationships with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies. Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring effective performance and legal support across departments. Support major business transactions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus). Registered lawyer with the Egyptian Bar Association. 20+ years of legal experience, including senior leadership roles. Strong experience in corporate law, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in real estate, investment, or corporate environments is highly preferred. Proven leadership experience managing legal teams and external law firms. Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and risk management skills. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
