Chief Operating Officer

Location: King Mariout, Alexandria, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting to: CEOFour A Square Trade is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the company's second-in-command and principal operational executive.The COO will be responsible for translating the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives into operational and financial results while leading day-to-day business operations, driving operational excellence, profitability, sustainable growth, and organizational performance across all branches and operational functions.Key Responsibilities•Lead the execution of the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational performance.•Oversee all operational activities and business functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, compliance, and sustainable organizational performance.•Drive profitability, growth, and business performance through effective planning, budgeting, resource optimization, and performance management.•Develop high-performing teams, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.•Ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and adherence to company policies and standards.•Lead operational readiness and execution of business growth initiatives, organizational transformation, and expansion projects.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.•10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, preferably within Retail or FMCG.•2–4 years of experience in senior leadership or executive roles.•MBA is highly preferred.Key Competencies:•Strategic & Operational Leadership•Business & Financial Acumen•Performance Management•Leadership & Talent Development•Problem Solving & Decision Making•Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAdditional Qualifications:• PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.• Supply Chain Management is a plus.• Lean Six Sigma is a plus.Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: HR@fourasquare.comSubject Line: Chief Operating Officer (COO
