Chief Surveyor

Cornerstone Development is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Surveyor to join our team and lead all surveying activities for a major project in Mostakbal City.Location: Mostakbal City, EgyptKey Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all surveying operations on-site.• Supervise survey teams and ensure accurate execution of survey works.• Review and validate survey data, reports, and calculations.• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers.• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.• Establish survey control points and oversee setting-out activities.• Provide technical guidance and support to the surveying team.Requirements:7–10 years of experience in surveying, preferably within large-scale construction or real estate development projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Hands-on experience with Total Station and surveying equipment.Strong understanding of surveying principles, site setting-out, and as-built surveys.Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Interested candidates are invited to apply with us :
