Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Chocolatier specialized in bonbon production and chocolate fillings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating premium chocolate products with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and artistic presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and produce bonbons, pralines, and filled chocolatesDevelop and execute a variety of chocolate fillings (ganache, caramel, praline, etc.)Perform professional tempering, molding, and finishing techniquesApply advanced coloring and spraying techniques (airbrush, cocoa butter)Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistencySupport new product development and seasonal itemsRequirements2–5+ years of experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef (Chocolate specialization required)Strong experience in bonbon production and fillingsKnowledge of chocolate decoration, coloring, and spraying techniquesHigh attention to detail and creativityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
