Supervise procurement activities across multiple engineering projects. Lead supplier negotiations for large-scale project packages. Oversee coordination with consultants and authorities. Manage subcontractor performance and resolve contract issues. Manage team performance and mentoring across projects. Implement procurement risk mitigation strategies. Implement cost-control strategies and value engineering initiatives to optimize material selection and supplier performance. Conduct regular team meetings to review procurement schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company procurement policies and project timelines. Provide technical and commercial guidance to junior team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all procurement operations. Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key vendors and manufacturers to ensure continuous supply and technical support. Oversee the full procurement cycle from material requisition to supplier delivery and site handover.Enforce ethical procurement practices and adherence to company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Civil-Architecture engineering RPM-G Certificate - preferable CIPS Certificate in Procurement and Supply - preferable PMP - preferable Advanced level in Microsoft office Programs Expertise in Data analysis and pricing evaluation to detect cost-saving opportunities and pricing mistakes Advanced Reporting skills Experience within Subcontracting sourcing and contacting with them Strong Background in construction project workflows, procurement lifecycle, and vendor management.
