Job Description:· Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects from inception to delivery. · Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met. · Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. · Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. · Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. · Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accurate records. · Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered. · Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. · Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to specifications and standards. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
