Civil Site Engineer (Industrial Project)

1. Quality ControlInspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.Coordinate inspections and testing (e.g., concrete cubes, compaction tests).Issue and resolve site NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when applicable.2. Site CoordinationCoordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to avoid clashes.Report progress and technical issues to the site manager or project engineer.Attend and support coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.3. Documentation and ReportingMaintain daily site records, including site diaries, work progress, and labor reports.Prepare and submit RFIs (Request for Information), site instructions, and material requests.Track and report on work progress against schedule.4. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)Enforce safety regulations on site in coordination with the HSE team.Identify and mitigate risks associated with civil construction.Report unsafe practices or incidents immediately.5. Resource ManagementMonitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment.Ensure optimal deployment of manpower and site resources.Request additional materials or equipment when required.6. Drawings and RevisionsReview shop drawings, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, and ensure the site work follows the latest revisions.Highlight discrepancies and assist in resolving technical issues. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.3–7 years of relevant site experience in civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and material testing.Ability to read and interpret drawings (IFC and shop drawings).Experience with site documentation (RFIs, NCRs, progress reports).Good understanding of HSE regulations and site safety practices.Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.Strong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dabaa, Matruh.He has experience working on industrial projects.
