Design Development & Drafting:- Prepare detailed construction drawings for Structural & Bridge or Utilities & Roadsprojects.- Assist in developing design solutions under guidance of Senior Engineers / TeamLeads. Technical Support:- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and UAE project teams to clarify technicalrequirements.- Provide technical input for temporary works, shop drawings, and designmodifications. Review & Verification:- Check own and peers' drawings for accuracy and compliance with projectstandards.- Ensure drawings follow UAE and international codes (Eurocode, BS, AASHTO,DM, RTA, DEWA). Team Collaboration:- Work closely with Junior / Drafting Engineers to ensure quality and timeliness ofdeliverables.- Assist Team Lead in coordinating tasks within the discipline team. Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.- Report progress and issues to the Team Lead or Senior EngineerRequirements Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering Experience:- 4-8 years of professional experience in infrastructure projects.- Experience in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and designdevelopment.- Exposure to international or Middle East project standards preferred. Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of structural or civil design principles relevant to assigneddiscipline.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation for drafting purposes.- Understanding of UAE and international codes and construction standards.
