Civil Tender & Procurement Engineer

Tendering & Estimation* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.* Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.* Prepare technical and commercial comparisons for materials and subcontractors.* Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.Procurement & Purchasing* Source and evaluate suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for civil & Arch. materials and services.* Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.* Prepare purchase orders in accordance with project specifications and company procedures.* Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.* Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements and delivery priorities.* Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and approved submittals. * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.* Minimum 3 years of experience in civil & Arch. estimation, tendering, procurement, or quantity surveying within construction projects.* Strong understanding of civil & Arch. systems, materials, and construction practices.* Experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or fit-out projects is preferred.
