Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Experience Coordinator | Call Center Specialist, located in Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, maintaining organized records, and improving overall customer experiences. Additionally, the role engages in executing day-to-day call center activities and optimizing workflow efficiency to support client needs effectively. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive client experience Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions Excellent Organization Skills for managing client accounts and maintaining detailed records Problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Experience in call center or client-facing roles is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus
