Role Overview:We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented PR & Account Executive to support our brand positioning, business development, and marketing coordination. This role bridges public relations, client engagement, and marketing execution, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with our strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Public Relations Business Development Support:Identify and support outreach to potential partners and clientsMaintain and update prospect pipelines and engagement trackingEmail Marketing & Campaign Execution:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goalsManage mailing lists, segmentation, and performance trackingOptimize campaigns based on analytics and engagement metricsMarketing Agency Coordination:Act as the primary liaison between the company and external marketing agenciesMonitor campaign progress, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectivesProvide feedback and ensure continuous performance improvementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field2–4 years of experience in the UAE, marketing, account management, or a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with email marketing tools and CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail
