At Orascom Hotels Management (OHM), we manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets across Egypt, including internationally branded and standalone properties, with a strong presence in destinations such as El Gouna.We are currently looking to bring on board a Cluster HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda across a cluster of 3–4 hotels in El Gouna.This is a business-critical leadership role, partnering directly with General Managers and hotel leadership teams to drive performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.Role OverviewAs a Cluster HR Business Partner, you will act as the HR leader across multiple properties, owning the full HR agenda and ensuring alignment with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & Leadership- Act as the primary HR partner to General Managers across assigned hotels- Participate in hotel ExCom meetings and influence business decisions- Coach and support leaders on people-related mattersPerformance & Talent Management- Lead performance management cycles and calibration processes- Drive a high-performance culture- Ensure talent identification and developmentEmployee Relations & Culture- Own all employee relations matters across the cluster- Drive employee engagement and culture initiativesOrganization & Workforce Planning- Own the Manpower Plan (MPP)- Support organizational structuring and workforce optimizationTalent Acquisition Oversight- Work with central TA to drive recruitment processes- Ensure timely hiring aligned with operationsHR Operations Governance- Oversee HR administration and payroll inputs- Ensure accuracy before submission to Shared ServicesLeadership Development- Coach leadership teams and department headsRole Authority & Impact- Approve hiring decisions- Influence organizational structures- Own the HR agenda across propertiesCandidate Profile- 12–15 years of HR experience- Strong hotel operations background (mandatory)- Experience at HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Director level- Multi-property experience preferredWhat We Are Looking For- Strong business acumen- High ownership and accountability- Strong stakeholder management skillsWhy Join OHM- Be part of a transformation journey- Work with senior leadership- High-impact role with decision authority
