Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for precious metal products.Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.Oversee the operation and programming of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines used in the highly precise forming and manufacturing of gold and silver bars and molds.Ensure that the dimensions and tolerances of the final products strictly comply with the required engineering specifications for precious metal alloys.Develop and execute daily and periodic Preventive Maintenance schedules for CNC machines to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, and minimize downtime.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any machine malfunctions or faults and propose quick and effective solutions.Identify opportunities to optimize engineering and operational processes to increase production speed and product accuracy.Document process changes, machine settings, and production data for traceability and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work on-site in a full-time, office-based arrangement.
