Develop detailed 3D mechanical models and assemblies. Perform advanced surface and solid modeling for complex geometries. Create fully defined parametric CAD models. Generate technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturability. Modify and improve existing models and designs based on project requirements. Key Requirements:Alexandria Resident Strong experience in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks or similar professional CAD software Advanced experience in both Solid Modeling and Surface Modeling. Proficiency in complex surface creation, lofts, boundary surfaces, and freeform modeling.Experience with parametric modeling, feature-based modeling, and design intent. Ability to create and manage complex assemblies and subassemblies.Ability to generate 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models including GD&T andtolerancing
