Peacock Cafe continues to grow as a destination for locals and visitors seeking inventive cuisine and reliable service.Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations and shaping the long-term vision of Peacock Cafe. This full-time, on-site position in Aswān involves managing staff, supervising service standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. The Co-Founder will collaborate on menu development, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analyzing business trends, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Co-Founder will also foster a positive workplace culture, support hiring and training, and partner with other leaders to drive sustainable growth.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support data-informed decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage guests, and coordinate with partners and vendors.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to promote the cafe, develop campaigns, and build customer loyalty and revenue.Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including staff supervision and operations oversight, is highly beneficial.Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment are preferred.Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial management is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time in Aswān and adapt to changing business needs.
