Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Coach role based in Cairo. The Coach will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and motivating individuals or teams to achieve their personal or professional goals. Daily tasks include creating and implementing development plans, assessing progress, providing constructive feedback, leading workshops or training sessions, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
