Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Caller, based in Alexandria, Egypt for one of our accounts. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and promoting company services, building client relationships, maintaining a log of calls and follow-ups, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. The candidate will also gather customer feedback and provide input to improve service offerings. Qualifications Strong communication and active listening skills, with fluency in English and other relevant language is a plusProven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or telephone-based customer serviceAbility to build rapport with prospective clients and explain products or services effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM software and basic data entry skillsGoal-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficient in problem-solving and handling customer objectionsPrevious sales or marketing experience is a plusGraduates onlyBenefits Fixed Shifts 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and only one week 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Public and Officials holiday are offFlexible and healthy working environment 12,000 EGP + KPIS and uncapped bonuses
