The specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and promoting products or services, and identifying leads or opportunities. The role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up with prospects, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The selected candidate will also provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries or concerns effectively and professionally.Qualifications Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.Strong communication skills, including fluency in English (spoken and written), and persuasive presentation abilities.Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.Customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport effectively.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Prior experience in the BPO or sales industry is an advantage.
