Commercial Assistant📍 Full-Time | On-Site📍 Sheikh Zayed, GizaWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our Business Development and Commercial activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, market research, business development, and working with international markets.Key Responsibilities• Conduct market and industry research across Egypt, GCC, Europe, and the USA.• Support lead generation and opportunity identification activities.• Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.• Prepare presentations, reports, and commercial documents.• Assist in proposal preparation and coordination.• Perform competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, research, and content development.• Support the Commercial Manager in managing opportunities and client communications.• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.Requirements✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related technology discipline.✔ 1–3 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales support, market research, or related fields.✔ Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.✔ Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.✔ Good market research and analytical skills.✔ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar productivity platforms.✔ Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.✔ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications• Graduates of the American University in Cairo (AUC) or the British University in Egypt (BUE) are preferred.• Experience in technology, software, SaaS, digital transformation, or related industries is a plus.• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools is an advantage.If you are passionate about technology, business growth, and learning in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
