The Commercial Director will lead revenue growth, supplier acquisition, and marketplace expansion for Gahez Market. This role is responsible for building a scalable commercial engine that connects manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers across MENA, driving GMV, margins, and market leadership. 1. Revenue Growth & Commercial StrategyDefine and execute Gahez’s commercial strategy to drive GMV, revenue, and market share.Identify new revenue streams (commissions, premium listings, financing, logistics services).Own pricing strategy across categories, suppliers, and markets.2. Supply Acquisition & Supplier ManagementLead onboarding of manufacturers, wholesalers, and key suppliers.Build strong supplier relationships and ensure competitive pricing and assortment.Develop supplier performance frameworks (availability, pricing, fulfillment, quality).3. Demand Generation & Sales ChannelsDrive retailer acquisition across Egypt and regional markets.Build and scale multiple channels:TelesalesAffiliate programsOffline SalesStrategic partnershipsDigital acquisition (in collaboration with marketing)Ensure strong conversion from traffic → orders → repeat business.4.
