Key responsibilities :• Preparing and calculating monthly commissions and incentive schemes for all eligible employees.• Verifying sales data and ensuring the accuracy of commission calculations.• Coordinating with Sales, Retail, Finance, and HR departments regarding commission-related matters.• Preparing periodic reports and dashboards related to commissions, incentives, and sales performance.• Identifying discrepancies and resolving commission-related issues.• Monitoring achievement against sales targets and incentive KPIs.• Conducting profitability and incentive effectiveness analysis.• Supporting the development and enhancement of commission structures and incentive programs.• Maintaining proper documentation, policies, and approval workflows related to commissions.• Assisting management with forecasting commission expenses and budgeting.Preferred qualifications:• Strong analytical and numerical skills.• Advanced Excel skills and +2 of experience with reporting tools.• Experience in retail, sales incentives, or compensation administration.• High attention to detail and confidentiality.• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
