Communication Electrical Engineer

Studying all the project documents like (BOQ, Tender, drawings, and contract) to define the project scope, constraints and objectives.Review & validate electrical designs, shop drawings, specifications, and schematics to verify compliance with approved documents, applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.Designing and implementing sophisticated telecommunications systems that drive global connectivity and innovation.Understanding of both hardware and software aspects of communications technology.Validate, developing, testing, and optimizing network infrastructures that support applications, from traditional telephony to the latest advancements in wireless communication and the Internet of Things (IoT).Conduct regular site inspections for electrical installations including LV, MV, power distribution, lighting, grounding, earthing, and control systems to ensure correct execution and workmanship quality.Prepare reports on the quality of completed work and the completion rates of ongoing projects.Develop a quality control plan, including necessary tests and scheduling periodic inspections.Regularly monitor non-conformities and provide solutions to problems that arise during implementation.Verify installation methods, routing, containment systems, and terminations to ensure alignment with approved shop drawings, manufacturer recommendations, and safety requirements.Plan, witness, and conduct electrical testing activities such as insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, earth resistance tests, and functional testing to verify system performance and safety.Analyze electrical test results and inspection findings to confirm compliance with design criteria and identify performance deviations or potential risks.Identify electrical defects, non-conformities, and deviations and coordinate with contractors and site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions under the guidance of the QC Lead.Follow up on corrective actions and NCR closures to verify effective resolution and prevent recurrence of electrical quality issues.Monitor compliance with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure installations meet statutory and client requirements.Review electrical material submittals, product data sheets, samples, and certifications to verify compliance with specifications prior to approval and installation.Prepare and maintain detailed electrical QC documentation including inspection reports, test logs, approvals, NCRs, and compliance records.Support inspections, commissioning activities, and site acceptance tests by coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate approvals and handover.Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and other QC disciplines to resolve interface issues, clashes, and technical discrepancies affecting electrical works. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field from only government or international faculties of engineering in Egypt (not institutes) with grad not less than goodExperience in fiber optic systemExperience with network simulation toolProficiency in programming languages as Python, C++, or Java knowledge of designing ELV systems like CCTV, Access control, ICT, Public address system etFamiliarity with 5G and IoT technologiesStrong project management skills(Pareto, Control Charts) for process improvement and adherence to standards. Courses: CCNA, CCNP, or similarAutoCAD, RevitICDLTQM preferred
