• At least 5 years of experience in audit and accounting offices.• Hands-on experience in establishing companies of all types and completing the incorporation procedures with the relevant authorities.• Experience in preparing and approving minutes of ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones.• Experience dealing with insurance files, including opening, completing, and following up on companies’ insurance files and interacting with the National Social Insurance Authority.• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory procedures related to companies and dealing with the relevant government bodies.• Ability to follow up on files and complete procedures efficiently and accurately.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. •Preference will be given to those with previous experience dealing directly with the General Authority for •Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and the National Organization for Social Insurance.
