Develop and manage the organization's compensation strategy.Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.Design salary structures, grades, and pay ranges.Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles.Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, allowances, etc.).Oversee payroll governance and ensure compensation accuracy.Perform job evaluation and grading to maintain internal equity.Analyze compensation data and prepare HR reports and dashboards.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning and budgeting.Manage relationships with insurance providers and benefits vendors.Recommend improvements to total rewards programs to attract and retain talent. Typically +10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social insurance regulations.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.Experience in using Odoo ERP System is highly preferred.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
