Compliance Manager

Ensure full compliance with local environmental, industrial, and food-contact regulations applicable to recycling and food-grade production.Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and manage inspections and official audits.Lead and maintain certification programs including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Global Recycled Standard (GRS).Ensure compliance with international food-contact regulations where applicable, including EFSA and FDA requirements.Act as the main compliance focal point for brand owners and multinational customers.Lead and coordinate customer audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.Ensure implementation of customer codes of conduct, supplier standards, sustainability frameworks, and ESG commitments.Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs across departments.Conduct periodic internal compliance audits and ensure effective CAPA implementation and closure.Establish and maintain a compliance risk assessment framework and mitigation plans.Monitor regulatory and industry updates and assess their operational impact.Deliver compliance awareness and regulatory training programs for operational and managerial teams.Prepare structured compliance reports, dashboards, and risk summaries for senior management and the CEO. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.Master’s degree is a plus.7–10 years experience in compliance, quality, or regulatory roles.Experience in food-grade plastic recycling or FMCG supply chain is highly preferred.Strong experience dealing with multinational brand audits.Key CompetenciesStrong knowledge of food-contact regulations.Audit leadership capability.High stakeholder management skills.Strong documentation & policy drafting skills.Risk-based thinking.Strong communication skills (English fluency required).
