Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.Monitor and assess regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on company operations.Provide legal and compliance guidance to internal departments.Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.Lead and support internal investigations related to compliance or ethical concerns.Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities when required.Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.Review contracts, agreements, and company practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Maintain proper documentation and compliance reporting to management.Promote a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related legal discipline.Professional certification in Compliance, Governance, or Risk Management is a plus.Experience1 to 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, governance, or regulatory roles.Experience in corporate compliance, internal control, or regulatory affairs is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and risk assessment capability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Ability to interpret laws and translate them into operational policies.Preferred Experience (Optional)Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, or multinational environments.Familiarity with ISO compliance frameworks, anti-bribery regulations, and corporate governance standards.
