Role DescriptionEnsure compliance with global and local regulations, as well as global policies and SOPs.Implement updates to compliance regulations within required timelines.Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, risk controls, and governance processes.Oversee operational audits assessing internal control design and effectiveness.Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), and develop audit reports with actionable recommendations.Manage compliance metrics and dashboards to detect trends and potential risks early.Lead investigations into alleged non‑compliance, misconduct, or policy violations.Ensure fair, consistent, and well‑documented investigation processesDesign and implement compliance training programs across functions.Develop SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks that support training compliance.Collaborate with Legal, HR, Quality, and senior leadership to ensure compliance alignment across the business.Participate in global/local compliance meetings and represent the function. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a relevant field; advanced certifications in compliance or risk management are advantageous8–12+ years experience ( pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industries background is preferred) Strong experience leading compliance programs, audits, or risk‑management functions.Experience supporting global compliance frameworks or multi‑country regulatory environments.Key Skill Requirementsknowledge of regulatory frameworks Strong understanding of compliance systems, monitoring tools, and audit methodologies.Ability to manage compliance metrics and analytics dashboards.Ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and manage cross‑functional initiatives.Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and presenting related compliance audit findings.High integrity, sound judgment, and a culture‑building mindset to promote ethical behavior.
