Job SummaryThe Construction Lead Technical Engineer oversee and drives technical excellence in projects within the Infrastructure and Steel Industry. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams, provide technical expertise, and ensure project success through innovation and efficiency. This role requires extensive knowledge of industry standards, equipment, and operations to support project execution while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.Job Responsibilities 1Provide technical guidance and oversight for engineering projects related to steel, refinery and related infrastructure.Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment with project scope, budget, and objectives.Provide subject-matter expertise in steel manufacturing processes (e.g., melting, casting, rolling, heat treatment, finishing, or fabrication).Ensure engineering solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols (e.g., ASTM, ASME, OSHA, ISO).Analyze existing operations to improve efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance.Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver technically sound solutions aligned with business goals.Identify potential technical risks, implement mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot engineering challenges.Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for senior managementSupport the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policiesJob Responsibilities 2Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and industry best practices.Familiarity with simulation software, process modeling tools, and technical analysis.Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in offshore and onshore projects is a plus.​​ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this roleJob Experience5 years of working experience3 years of relevant working experience2 years GCC experience is a plusCompetenciesAgilityAI FluencyBuild High-Performing TeamsCost Management L3Drawings/Specifications L3Geotechnical Engineering L3HSE L3LeadershipProvide DirectionQA/QC L3QualityResilienceEducationMaster's degree in Engineering or any related fieldBachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
