· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, Determine the different phases of a project and their different scheduling based on baseline already established.· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.· Manage contracts with Sub-contractors, vendors, architects, and any other necessary person(s.)· Secure licenses and building permits, and deliver equipment and materials to sites under construction.· Develop a detailed project plan Set benchmarks for effective monitoring/tracking progress of construction projects, ensuring its productivity and compliance.· Ensure that issues that may arise in the course of executing a project, including weather condition or other emergencies, that may pose a delay in the project completion, are resolved.· Ensure resource availability and allocating and, sourcing materials, equipment and manpower for carrying out assigned construction work.· Adopt and implement all company processes/procedures involved in construction.· Manage a group of workers; allocates tasks to relevant personnel and recruit a team when the need arises.· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.· Report and escalate to management as needed.· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Manage budget for the construction controlling changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
