A well-known multinational company is hiring a Civil Construction Manager & PMO Lead for a 1-year contract based in Damietta.This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead employer-side construction execution and project controls for a major container terminal development project.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day site construction across civil works, infrastructure, utilities, buildings, and electrical systems• Act as the Employer’s on-site representative ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, quality, and HSE standards• Review and control project schedules, track progress, and drive recovery actions when needed• Coordinate between contractors, the Engineer, and stakeholders to manage interfaces and sequencing• Support contract administration, including RFIs, variations, claims, and progress validation• Ensure readiness for testing, commissioning, and project handover• Enforce strict safety and quality assurance practices across all work activitiesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering• 12–15 years of experience, including large infrastructure, port, or industrial projects• Strong background in employer/consultant-side supervision of EPC contractors• Experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls (Primavera P6 / MS Project)• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, QA/QC systems, and construction sequencing• Exposure to electrical substations, power distribution, and commissioning phases is a plus• PMP certification is preferred• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills• Excellent command in English (written and spoken)
