Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Construction Manager at UECC. The Construction Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure project schedules and budgets are met, supervise project teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold quality standards and safety policies. The role will involve managing resources, identifying project risks, and implementing corrective measures to ensure the successful completion of large-scale construction projects. QualificationsProject Management, Time Management, and Scheduling skillsKnowledge of Construction Methods, Techniques, and Building Code ComplianceTeam Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Communication skillsBudgeting, Financial Reporting, and Cost Control expertiseProficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Project, or other project management toolsUnderstanding of Safety Regulations, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field requiredMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction or project managementExperience with large-scale or complex infrastructure projects is a plus
