Project Execution & ManagementManage and supervise all site construction activities from project initiation through commissioning and handover.Develop and implement construction execution plans and site strategies.Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.Coordinate activities among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.Civil Works ManagementSupervise excavation, foundations, concrete structures, roads, drainage systems, and architectural works.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor productivity and resolve technical issues related to civil construction activities.Steel Structure ManagementOversee fabrication, delivery, erection, alignment, and inspection of steel structures.Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and erection procedures.Coordinate structural inspections and quality control requirements.MEP ManagementMEP ManagementSupervise installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, compressed air, and utility systems.Coordinate MEP activities with civil and structural works to avoid conflicts and delays.Monitor testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.Planning & Cost ControlReview construction schedules and recovery plans when required.Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Review contractors' progress reports and productivity performance.Participate in budget control and forecasting activities.Quality ManagementEnsure implementation of project Quality Management Plan.Review inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.Ensure timely closure of NCRs and corrective actions.HSE ManagementEnforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the project.Conduct regular site inspections and safety reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary construction interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.Participate in progress meetings and provide regular project status reports.Manage technical and commercial issues affecting construction activities.Commissioning & HandoverCoordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Ensure completion of punch lists and project close-out requirements.Support final handover documentation and client acceptance processes. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).Master's Degree or PMP certification is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and project execution.Proven experience in industrial projects such as factories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or process plants.Strong experience in Civil, Steel Structure, and MEP construction management.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD is preferred.
