Construction Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate construction site activities and workforceMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsInterpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specificationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policiesConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standardsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractorsResolve on-site issues and conflicts efficientlyManage materials, equipment, and site logisticsPrepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentationTrain and mentor construction workers and junior staff Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in construction management software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
