Joining El-Okaby Pharmacies means working within a scientifically driven environment that values professional integrity and continuous improvement.Role Description The Content Creator will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, and accurate content related to the company’s pharmaceutical products and pharmacy services. This full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt includes planning and producing content for social media, websites, in-store materials, and other communication channels. The Content Creator will collaborate with pharmacists, marketing team members, and management to translate medical and product information into accessible content for customers and the public. Daily tasks include generating content ideas, writing and editing posts, creating simple visual concepts with design tools, and aligning all materials with brand guidelines and regulatory standards. The role also involves monitoring audience engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance reach and impact.Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate content in English and, preferably, Arabic.Experience producing content for digital channels (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, website copy, product descriptions).Basic knowledge of content planning, storytelling, and branding principles.Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for audience engagement.Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and marketing colleagues.Attention to detail and the ability to translate technical or medical information into accessible language.Proficiency with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple photo or video editing) is an advantage.Background or interest in pharmacy, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
