They produce a high volume of content and are focused on scaling their output while maintaining a premium and cohesive brand presence across all channels.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually compelling, and platform-optimized content that supports the brand’s social and marketing strategy. This is an execution-focused role that requires a strong understanding of content performance, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the brand while effectively engaging the target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Asset DevelopmentProduce high-quality short-form and platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTubeCreate both video and static assets tailored to each platformSupport content needs across campaigns, product launches, and evergreen initiativesContent Repurposing & Output ScalingTransform existing footage and assets into multiple content piecesAdapt content across formats and platforms to maximize outputIdentify opportunities to extend the lifecycle of high-performing contentEditing, Storytelling & Platform OptimizationEdit content with strong pacing, structure, and storytellingStay aligned with platform trends while maintaining brand integrityOptimize content based on platform-specific best practices and audience behaviorCreative Execution & CollaborationExecute based on strategic direction, briefs, and campaign objectivesCollaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teamsContribute creative ideas while aligning with overall directionBrand Alignment & Visual ConsistencyMaintain a strong understanding of the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and positioningEnsure all content is cohesive across platforms and campaignsBalance trend-driven content with a consistent, elevated brand identityPerformance Awareness & IterationUnderstand what types of content perform well and whyIncorporate feedback and performance insights into future contentContinuously refine output based on engagement and audience responseQualificationsExperience2–4+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or similar rolesExperience working with consumer brands (fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred)Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and platform-native contentSkillsProficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similarStrong eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytellingAbility to repurpose and scale content efficientlyStrong understanding of content performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTubeCreative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-output environmentStrong ownership of deliverables and timelines, with a collaborative and feedback-driven approachWhat Success Looks LikeIncreased volume of high-quality, on-brand contentConsistent visual identity across all assetsStrong performance across key engagement metricsEfficient content production and effective asset repurposingPositive collaboration and alignment with internal teamsOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing creative team, producing impactful content at scale for a design-led brand.
