ShopCash operates in KSA, UAE, and Egypt.About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to own the content calendar and produce high-quality, platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat for our KSA and Egypt markets.This is a content execution role. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with video creation capability, deep familiarity with Arabic-language audiences, and a track record of producing content that performs.Key Responsibilities1. Content Calendar OwnershipPlan and manage the monthly and weekly content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat) for KSA and EgyptCoordinate with the growth and partnership teams to align content with campaigns, merchant promotions, and seasonal momentsEnsure a consistent publishing cadence and platform-appropriate scheduling2. Content CreationDevelop and produce high-quality content — short-form video, static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels — tailored to each platform's format and audience behaviourWrite compelling Arabic and English copy that is culturally appropriate and resonant for KSA and Egyptian audiencesFollow ShopCash brand guidelines for tone, visual identity, and creative directionUse AI tools to accelerate ideation and production efficiency3. Platform-Native ExecutionAdapt content format, tone, and length to each platform: short-form video for TikTok and Snapchat, visual storytelling for Instagram, professional and value-led for LinkedIn, community-oriented for FacebookStay current on platform algorithm changes, trending content formats, and audience behaviour — particularly in KSABrief or direct the design team where required for supporting visual assets4. Boosted Post CoordinationIdentify and flag organic content suitable for boosting in coordination with the marketing managerEnsure boosted post creatives are adapted appropriately for the promoted format5. Performance TrackingMonitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views) on a weekly basisReport on content performance and recommend adjustments to the calendar or format mix based on dataRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience3–5 years of experience in social media content creation for a consumer brand, app, or e-commerce productDemonstrated experience owning a content calendar across multiple platforms and marketsPrior experience in a cashback, fintech, e-commerce, or rewards brand is an advantagePreference will be given to candidates with experience working across KSA, UAE, and Egypt marketsContent & Creative SkillsStrong video creation skills: scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Snapchat)Solid copywriting ability in Arabic (native or fluent) and EnglishProficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Adobe Photoshop)Mandatory experience using AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, or creative productionMarket & Platform KnowledgeStrong understanding of the KSA social media landscape: platform preferences, trending formats, cultural sensitivities, and audience behaviourFamiliarity with Egypt's digital content environment and how it differs from KSAPlatform-specific expertise across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedInWorking StyleAbility to work independently and manage a content calendar with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and brand consistencyCollaborative — able to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and commercial teamsScope ClarificationThis is not a social media manager or paid marketing role.
