FabMinds is the technology company behind WandDo — our direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand. WandDo sells personalized, AI-designed, 3D printed products in Egypt: custom home accessories, apparel, office accessories, lighting units, and branded gifts, all delivered on demand with no minimum orders.WandDo sells directly to consumers through paid media on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The same production infrastructure also powers a fast-growing B2B corporate gifting vertical. Content is the engine behind both — and we are looking for a Content Lead who can run it at the highest level.You will use AI tools daily, not occasionally. If you are not already integrating AI into ideation, scripting, creative briefing, and production, this role is not for you.The RoleAs Content Lead, you will own content strategy and execution across all paid and organic channels for WandDo (B2C) and FabMinds’ corporate gifting vertical (B2B). Your primary KPI is not content volume — it is content performance. CTR, hook rate, CVR, and ROAS on the B2C side; pipeline contribution and inquiry generation on the B2B side.What You Will DoPaid Ads Content — WandDo B2C (Primary Focus)Write and produce scroll-stopping ad scripts and hooks for WandDo across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads — structured to retain attention through to purchase.Develop seasonal content calendars around key gifting moments and campaign windows (Eid, Valentine’s, Ramadan, back to school, etc.).Build a systematic creative testing framework — constantly generating new angles, hooks, and formats; scaling what wins, killing what doesn’t.Partner with performance team to interpret results through a creative lens and feed fast iteration cycles.Content Strategy & Execution — All ChannelsOwn end-to-end content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, email, and ads.Define content pillars that translate FabMinds’ capabilities into formats that resonate with both consumers and corporate buyers.Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) as a core part of your production workflow.WandDo E-commerce & ConversionDevelop product page copy, on-site messaging, and landing pages that improve add-to-cart and checkout conversion.Build lifecycle content for B2C: repeat purchase campaigns, seasonal re-engagement, and post-purchase content via email and SMS.Produce UGC briefs and creator collaborations that generate authentic, high-converting social proof.B2B Corporate Gifting ContentDevelop dedicated content targeting HR managers, procurement leads, and marketing teams.Build B2B assets: LinkedIn content, email nurture sequences, landing pages, lookbooks, and sales enablement materials.Develop corporate case studies and client showcase content.Brand StorytellingShape a brand voice that works across contexts — aspirational for consumers, credible for corporate buyers — without feeling like two different brands.Team & Creative DirectionLead and mentor a small content team (creators, designer).Act as the final creative filter — everything that goes out reflects both brand and business goals.Data & ExperimentationTrack performance across channels; use insights to refine creative direction, not just report on it.Champion fast experimentation — constantly testing and scaling what works.Qualifications & SkillsMust Have — Non-Negotiable5+ years in content, social, or brand marketingProven ability to write hooks that stop the scroll and hold attention to conversionAI tools fluency in daily workflow (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok & Google Ads creative mechanicsExperience with both B2C (impulse, emotional purchase) and B2B (trust, credibility) contentHands-on: writes copy, briefs creatives, refines scripts personallyStrong AdvantageExperience in corporate gifting, branded merchandise, or e-commerceUGC & creator collaboration experienceTools: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerArabic copywriting proficiencyKPIs & Success MetricsHook rate, CTR, CVR, and ROAS on B2C paid content — the primary measures of success.Organic reach and engagement across WandDo social channels.B2B pipeline contribution — leads and inquiries generated through content.Content output quality and consistency across all channels.Team development — creative quality of output from people you lead.What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated results.A genuinely differentiated product with a strong creative story to tell — WandDo: personalized, AI-designed, on demand.Fast-moving environment with direct access to leadership and short decision cycles.The chance to build a content function rather than inherit one — and to own the output end to end.Most content roles ask you to produce posts.
