Position Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to oversee the planning, creation, coordination, and execution of high-quality content across Forbes Middle East's digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming editorial ideas into engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand standards, audience interests, and business objectives.The Content Producer will work closely with editorial, social media, design, video, and commercial teams to ensure the timely delivery of compelling content that drives audience engagement and supports organizational growthKey ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & ProductionDevelop, coordinate, and execute content plans aligned with editorial and business objectives.Produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including articles, social media content, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and special projects.Manage the end-to-end content production process from ideation through publication.Ensure content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards.Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules across platforms.Editorial CoordinationCollaborate with editors, writers, designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging content.Assist in identifying trending topics, industry developments, and audience interests.Support the development of feature stories, interviews, rankings, and special reports.Review content for accuracy, consistency, tone, and brand alignment.Digital Content ManagementPublish and optimize content through CMS platforms.Ensure content follows SEO best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.Maintain content archives and production documentation.Multimedia ProductionCoordinate the production of video, podcast, and social media content.Work closely with creative teams to develop visual assets that enhance storytelling.Support live coverage of events, interviews, webinars, and conferences when required.Performance & AnalyticsTrack content KPIs including traffic, engagement, reach, and conversions.Analyze audience behavior and content performance data.Generate regular reports and recommendations for content optimization.Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and audience growth.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with internal departments including Editorial, Marketing, Events, Commercial, and Digital teams.Coordinate sponsored content and branded content projects while maintaining editorial standards.Ensure all content complies with company policies and publishing guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Experience3–5 years of experience in content production, editorial, publishing, media, digital marketing, or a related field.Experience working within a media organization, publisher, digital platform, or content agency is highly preferred.Proven experience managing content projects from concept to publication.Experience working with content management systems (CMS).Technical SkillsStrong content writing and editing skills.Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and content performance tools.Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.Understanding of social media platforms and digital publishing best practices.Basic knowledge of video production and multimedia content workflows is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Core CompetenciesStrong storytelling and editorial judgment.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.Strong analytical and reporting skills.
