Hybrid work from certain locations may be permitted in accordance with Astellas’ Responsible Flexibility Guidelines.Purpose & Scope As a Content Specialist at Astellas Pharma, you will enhance Astellas’ ability to meet diverse customer and segment needs through the efficient development and delivery of content and materials aligned to brand strategy and business objectives. The role will work for an assigned brand or brands and is responsible for translating brand strategy and customer segment frameworks into campaign and content plans that deliver tailored messaging to targeted audiences through differentiated and competitive content and materials for omnichannel execution. You will report directly into the Engagement & Orchestration Expert - T-MEA and be responsible for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and UAE operations. Role And Responsibilities Accountable for content development activities as part of the local Brand team in Marketing Responsible for developing campaigns, content, and assets that meet the defined needs of target customer profiles leveraging insights and key messaging and claims as outlined in the Omnichannel Engagement Framework (OEF) and content management system Responsible for omnichannel campaign planning in partnership with Brand team, agencies, OSO and others as needed to ensure seamless integration and application of content into all external-facing channels (i.e. Websites, HCP Portals, Social Media, and Field Force-led channels) Accountable for driving an accelerated speed to market and seeking process efficiencies in the development and approval processes for content while remaining 100% in compliance Accountable for proper content technology application and usage such as Promomats for all required content steps, including usage of Make A Copy for content reuse, Brand Portals, and other process-related adoption for content excellence and organization standards Responsible to analyze content effectiveness based on available performance and engagement data to generate insights and enable data-driven decision making that optimizes ongoing campaigns and future content creation. Required Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, content localization and digital/omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical, life science industry or other highly regulated industries. Experience with data, analytics and insights with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information to help steer decision making Demonstrated success in driving complex, multistakeholder projects and initiatives Experience in pharma brand team and content creation, and/or brand marketing including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content delivery roles Communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence and manage senior leaders and other key stakeholders Well-aware of current innovation in content strategy, modular content approaches, and other forward-looking developments within content and operations Understanding of copyright laws and other content creation compliance Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process and local rules and regulations Sales or field experience with HCP, payer and patient engagement Experience with oncology and/or other specialist products Innovative thinker with a finger on the pulse of the content and digital transformation initiatives Knowledgeable of ongoing digital innovations, content & marketing technology platforms, and other workflow related programs What awaits you at Astellas?
