Continuous Improvement Sub Manager,Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Ismailia plant to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity and cost performance in line with Jade Textile’s lean manufacturing standardsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage continuous improvement projects aligned with business objectives.Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.Coach and support teams in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and standardization.Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and track project performance.Present project progress, results, and insights to management stakeholders.Prepare clear and professional reports documenting improvements and achieved results.Work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Production) or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 9 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles.Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is highly preferred).Proven experience in the apparel / garment industry is required.Strong background in leading cross-functional improvement projects with documented results and outcomes.What we are offerSocial, medical & privet medical insurance.Working hours from 8 am to 5pm including 1 hour break.2 Days offHot Meal.Transportation provided.
