*Draft, review, and administer various contracts, agreements, and amendments.* Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.* Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.* Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.* Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.* Maintain contract records and documentation in an organized manner.* Support contract negotiations and assist in resolving contractual disputes or claims.* Review variation orders, extensions of time, and other contract-related requests.* Prepare contract reports and provide regular updates to management.* Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and close-out procedures. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contract Specialist, preferably within a real estate developer.* Strong knowledge of contract administration and contract management principles.* Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
