Contract Specialist

 we are looking for contract Specialist with solid background in Real Estate Development to handle unit sale contracts, cancellation procedures, assignment processes, and payment plans. The candidate must have hands-on experience in drafting and managing residential and commercial unit contracts.Draft, review, and issue unit sale contracts (Residential & Commercial).Handle contract termination (cancellation) procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.Manage unit assignment / transfer processes between clients.Prepare and review payment plans, installment schedules, and financial terms.Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service departments.Ensure all contracts align with company policies and Egyptian real estate regulations.Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.Follow up on due payments and contractual obligations. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Real Estate Development company (Mandatory).Proven experience handling unit sale contracts, cancellations, and payment plans.Strong understanding of real estate regulations in Egypt.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Real Estate Developers Experience is a must –
